Nottingham PR consultant Trevor Palmer has left the board of BCS PR to start his own public relations agency in the city, Tank PR.

Trevor, whose name has been attached to many successful national PR campaigns for entrepreneurs and fast growth businesses, decided to start the agency to work more closely with owner-managers to provide on and offline PR consultancy and campaign delivery.

Tank PR Limited, which started trading in January is based at offices in the Park and begins life with several retained clients including Nottingham business Octavian Security, international retail consultancy Visual Thinking and FMCG labelling specialist Label Apeel. The agency will also be announcing five new client wins in the next month.

Led by Trevor, Tank PR will comprise a team of four consultants who specialise in different areas of public relations, including national press and broadcast and social media.

“I started Tank PR to work with more closely with organisations that want to increase market share or break into new markets,” explains director and owner Trevor Palmer.

“Our team has learned a lot by working with some very ambitious UK businesses and we want to use this experience to create more success stories and importantly – help businesses punch above their weight in the media.”
