Everyone knows entrepreneur Hilary Devey, but not everyone knows her palletised freight business Pall-Ex. We were asked to change that.
Solution
Pall-Ex works in partnership with its members. We have positioned the network as a champion for hauliers in the UK and across Europe. Not only have we promoted individual member success stories, but we have also provided comment nationally on issues that have a big impact on drivers, such as stowaways and cycle safety.
Results
Pall-Ex has won awards, attracted new members and successfully launched new networks in Europe. It has quickly become the ‘network of choice’ and is now almost as famous as its owner. Almost.
