Challenge
20.20 is a strategic design consultancy based in central London, which includes the likes of TUI, ODEON, Sainsbury’s and Arsenal FC in its client portfolio. Following an initial project, it appointed Tank as its retained agency to raise its profile in the retail and leisure sectors.
Solution
We started a thought-leadership driven campaign positioning 20.20’s team as experts in delivering meaningful change and commercial impact. Then we targeted the top trade publications in the retail and leisure sectors across Europe and USA with insightful opinion pieces and 20.20’s many project success stories. We also worked with one of the company’s directors to build her national broadcast media profile, showcasing the consultancy to a much wider audience.
Results
In the retail and leisure sectors, 20.20 is becoming as well-known as its clients. Our thought-leadership campaign has resulted in numerous opinion pieces, interviews and regular columns in the trade and vertical trade press. In addition, our broadcast media efforts have resulted in coverage on BBC Breakfast, BBC News, Radio 5 Live and Radio 4. We are now at the stage where journalists are coming to us for comment rather than the other way around.
All of this has helped to show the world just how great 20.20 is at changing brands’ culture, identity and experiences for the better.
