With a combination of German cinema, ping-pong, cocktails and pizza, Das Kino was an uber cool new concept for Nottingham. It just needed to get people through the doors.
We created a teaser campaign in the media to ensure that people were desperate for an invite to appear in their inbox. A tonne of work went in to compiling the perfect invite list, which was bang on target for the new venue. This was not about mobilising envelope opening attendees, it was about engaging real, future customers. On launch night, there was a queue down the street (and the next one).
Tonnes of press coverage, great reviews and lots of happy, genuine customers who keep coming back for more. Our work with Das Kino was such a success we’ve helped the team with all new bar openings and launches since.
